Creating solutions to poverty and hunger in the Caribbean, Africa and anywhere else………………………………..The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 1 is to eradicate extreme poverty by 2030 for all people everywhere, currently measured as people living on less than $1.25 a day. The 2030 United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development which began in 2015, has 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all developed and un-developed countries in a global partnership. Ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, improve equality and create more economic growth. This will all be done with the challenges of climate change and sustainable agriculture.
